I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Houston Med Ctr-Galleria Area, and it was a mixed bag. While the check-in process was initially challenging and the room had some outdated features, the staff was very friendly and the room was quite comfortable. I appreciated the lovely breakfast, but I expected more from a brand like Crowne Plaza, especially regarding maintenance.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Houston Med Ctr-Galleria Area was quite average. The location was excellent, comfortably situated between Downtown Houston and the Galleria area, which had plenty of dining options. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were professional. However, I faced issues with the hot water and housekeeping, and I also found the beds to be a bit hard for my liking. Overall, there were enough minor problems to rate my experience as a 6.
